Basic qualifications for the applicant:
Must be a graduate in any subject
Must be working with a trade union and the union concerned must certify that the applicant is working with them.
GLU has provided a limited number of scholarships for Indian and foreign participants. These will cover costs of boarding, meals (in the Institute dining hall), tuition fees and will include out of pocket expenses.
Interviews for all shortlisted candidates from India will commence in April 2009.
International candidates will have a telephonic interview.
In order to apply for the course international applicants need to complete the application form (downloadable on the left-hand side). The university will not hold any written test for these candidates (please ignore this part in the application form) - they will be selected on the basis on a phone interview.
