In order to apply for the course you will need to complete the Application form and the checklist. The checklist is there to help you ensure that you have all the necessary documentation before you send it and also provides additional information that we require but that is not included in the WITS University application form.

Please fill in both and attach the requested information.

Course codes can be found under subheading "Course Description". All other codes will be filled in by the University of WITS, applicants should just write the answer in the space provided and leave the space for codes empty.
